ATM Operations Manager (3-5 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced ATM Operations Manager to oversee the efficient and secure operation of our Automated Teller Machine (ATM) network. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless customer service and maintaining the integrity of our financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in ATM operations, network management, or a related field, preferably within the consumer electronics or financial services sector in India. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end operations of the ATM network, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure high availability and uptime of all ATMs through proactive monitoring and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for ATM maintenance, cash management, and technical support.
• Oversee cash replenishment and balancing activities to ensure adequate cash availability.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to safeguard ATM systems and customer data.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Manage incident response and conduct root cause analysis for ATM failures or service disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare regular reports on ATM performance, operational costs, and key metrics.
