Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ATM Operations Manager with 2-3 years of experience, holding a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree, to oversee and optimize our ATM operations within the Lucknow region. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless functioning of our automated transaction machines, supporting our extensive furniture and furnishing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily ATM operations, including cash management, replenishment, and reconciliation.
Monitor ATM network performance, identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for ATM maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and company policies.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Manage cash forecasting and ensure adequate cash availability across the ATM network.
Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and security.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff involved in ATM operations.
