Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify potential areas of risk and non-compliance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information, discuss audit findings, and implement remediation plans.
- Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory changes impacting the legal industry in India.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of audit methodologies and tools.
