Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Developer with 2-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline our business processes within the iron and steel industry. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical aptitude to identify opportunities for automation and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
- Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts and solutions using relevant tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
- Monitor and maintain automated systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation strategies and best practices.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance automation capabilities.
