Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong business acumen, demonstrated by a BBA/BBM degree, who are looking to leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills in an automation-focused capacity within the content development and language services industry. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in our content workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand content development and language service processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated scripts, workflows, and tools using relevant programming languages and automation platforms.
- Integrate automated solutions with existing systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and process execution.
- Conduct thorough testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and workflows.
- Document automation processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze process performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation and their application in the content and language industry.
