We are seeking a passionate and qualified Ayurved Practitioner with 2-3 years of experience and a Doctorate/PhD in Ayurveda to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. As an Ayurved Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in our research and development efforts, focusing on the application of Ayurvedic principles in the development of novel products within the agriculture and wellness domains. You will contribute to scientific validation and formulation development, ensuring the efficacy and safety of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on Ayurvedic herbs, formulations, and their applications, particularly in relation to agricultural and wellness products.
- Develop and standardize Ayurvedic formulations under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Perform scientific validation of traditional remedies using modern research methodologies.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to identify new product development opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Document research findings, experimental procedures, and results meticulously.
- Contribute to the preparation of scientific reports and publications.
