We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Back End Developer with 2-3 years of experience, preferably with an M.Tech degree, to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. As a Back End Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our cutting-edge insurance technology platform. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable back-end code using languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.

Build and maintain robust APIs and services that are scalable and secure.

Manage and optimize database performance (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases).

Integrate user-facing elements that are developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Implement security and data protection measures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure high-quality code.
