Bancassurance Manager - Mangalore

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent Bancassurance Manager with 0-1 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Mangalore. This role involves building and managing relationships with banking partners to drive our insurance product sales through the banking channel. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities and ensuring the successful penetration of our insurance offerings within the assigned bank branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with designated bank branches and their staff.

Understand the banking customer base to identify potential insurance needs and cross-selling opportunities.

Promote and sell insurance products through the bancassurance channel, meeting individual and team targets.

Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and customer service.
