Bank Teller / Clerk - Telecom / ISP Sector (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Bank Teller / Clerk with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial for managing financial transactions and providing excellent service to our customers within the telecom and ISP sector. You will be responsible for handling cash, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring adherence to all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer payments for telecom and ISP services (cash, checks, credit/debit cards).
• Verify the identity of customers and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift, ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare daily reports.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to billing, payments, and account services.
• Adhere to all company policies, security procedures, and relevant financial regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
