Workshop Manager / Supervisor (3-5 Yrs) Job Opportunity - Telecom / ISP

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workshop Manager / Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience to oversee our telecommunications equipment workshop operations in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be a postgraduate with a strong understanding of workshop management principles and a proven track record in the telecom/ISP industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the workshop, managing inventory, supervising technical staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the telecom equipment workshop, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Oversee the repair, maintenance, and calibration of all workshop tools, equipment, and machinery.

Manage inventory of spare parts, consumables, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage.

Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the workshop to ensure a safe working environment.

Maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including repairs, maintenance, inventory, and staff performance.

Collaborate with other departments to forecast equipment needs, manage service level agreements, and resolve technical issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
