Banquet Manager (1-3 Yrs) | Mumbai

We are seeking a motivated and organized Banquet Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for a B.Com graduate looking to contribute to the smooth execution of corporate events and banquets within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all banquet and event setups, ensuring adherence to client specifications and company standards.

Oversee service staff during events, providing guidance and ensuring prompt and courteous guest service.

Manage inventory of banquet supplies, linens, and equipment, and ensure proper storage and maintenance.

Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, offering solutions and ensuring satisfaction.

Assist in budget management for events, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all banquet areas.

Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
