Bar Manager - Ahmedabad (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee operations at our exclusive club/guest house in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bar, ensuring high standards of service, inventory management, and financial performance. This role requires a strong understanding of beverage management, customer service, and operational efficiency, suitable for an M.Com graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bar operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and stocktaking of beverages and supplies.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Create and manage beverage menus, including seasonal specials and promotions.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust stock levels and offerings accordingly.
- Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis for the bar operations.
