We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Barista with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and a passion for crafting exceptional coffee beverages. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming and efficient service environment within our import & export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages with precision and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and service areas.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and addressing inquiries.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, reporting any shortages.
Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed within the office environment.
