Bell Captain - Kochi

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Bell Captain with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our team in Kochi. The Bell Captain will be responsible for managing the efficient and courteous handling of guest luggage and belongings, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team of bell staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of bell staff to ensure efficient luggage handling.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage, ensuring timely delivery to rooms.
- Bid farewell to guests, assist with luggage, and arrange for transportation as needed.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for information and services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor new bell staff, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
- Handle guest complaints related to luggage or bell services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of bell carts, luggage tags, and other necessary equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols for guest belongings.
