Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and multilingual professional with an M.Pharma background to join our dynamic team as a Bilingual / Multilingual Support Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience looking to leverage their language skills and pharmaceutical knowledge in a support capacity. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional voice and blended support to our diverse clientele, ensuring clear communication and efficient issue resolution within our Vadodara operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and other communication channels (email, chat) in multiple languages to assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
- Provide first-level support, troubleshooting, and guidance related to company products and services, drawing upon M.Pharma knowledge where applicable for technical queries.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior team members while maintaining ownership.
- Contribute to improving customer support processes and documentation based on customer feedback and operational insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence in all interactions.
