Billing / Planning Engineer (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing / Planning Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and have a strong understanding of billing processes and production planning within the electronic components or semiconductor industry. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient operations and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer invoices accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, optimizing resource allocation and lead times for electronic components.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in planning and execution.
- Prepare regular reports on billing status, production forecasts, and key performance indicators.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of billing and planning systems.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records and their impact on production planning and billing.
- Liaise with supply chain and logistics teams for timely material availability and delivery.
