Blockchain Quality Assurance Engineer - 3-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Blockchain Quality Assurance Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and performance of our blockchain-based solutions within the water and waste management sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of QA methodologies and a keen eye for detail, coupled with a BBA/BBM degree to bring a business-oriented perspective to quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for blockchain applications and smart contracts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software design and architecture, providing feedback on quality and testability.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and track them through to resolution.
- Participate in the review of technical designs and requirements to ensure quality is built into the product from the outset.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Validate data integrity and security protocols within the blockchain ecosystem.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
