Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations, including opening, closing, and staff scheduling.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels of leather products, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient replenishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
