Branch Sales Manager (B2B) - Delhi (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Branch Sales Manager (B2B) with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong understanding of B2B sales within the hospitality sector, leveraging their M.Des background to understand client needs and design bespoke solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch sales goals and expand our customer base.
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients, including corporate travel managers, event planners, and other businesses.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored hospitality solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the value proposition of Lemon Tree Hotels.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
