Business Correspondent (2-4 Yrs) at Raymond Limited

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Correspondent with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our business correspondent network, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders within the textile and apparel sector in Kochi. This role requires a deep understanding of legal and business operations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and manage a network of business correspondents.
- Ensure all business correspondent activities comply with Indian financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor the performance of business correspondents and provide regular feedback and support.
- Liaise with financial institutions and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth operations.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth within the textile and apparel sector.
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and compliance reports related to business correspondent operations.
- Resolve disputes and address grievances from business correspondents and customers.
- Conduct due diligence on potential business correspondent partners.
- Prepare reports on network performance, compliance, and market insights for senior management.
