Business Development Executive (BDE) - B.Pharma Professionals (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with a B.Pharma background and 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Mumbai. The BDE will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare education sectors, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify new business leads and opportunities within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare education landscape in India.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at pharmaceutical companies, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.

Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with our company's offerings in pharmaceutical education and training.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the pharmaceutical and education sectors.

Achieve and exceed set business development targets.
