We are seeking a motivated and creative Business Development Manager (BDM) with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our growing team in Noida. This role is crucial in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing innovative solutions within the water treatment and waste management sectors. You will leverage your design thinking and strategic approach to contribute to Wabag's mission of providing sustainable water solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water treatment and waste management sectors in India.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Utilize design thinking principles to conceptualize and present innovative project proposals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials.
