C & B Management (1-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst to join our HR team in Surat. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the effective design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs within a leading global semiconductor company. You will support the C&B team in ensuring our programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. This position does not require a post-graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking and merit increase recommendations.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare schemes.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations on C&B data for management review.
- Help maintain HRIS data related to compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in job evaluation processes and ensure consistency in job grading.
- Assist in the communication of C&B programs to employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
