Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of cabin crew members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, emergency procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of in-flight service, catering to passenger needs and resolving complaints effectively.
• Conduct pre-flight briefings to inform the crew about flight details, passenger requirements, and service standards.
• Manage crew rostering and duty assignments to ensure optimal coverage.
• Handle onboard incidents and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
• Liaise with flight deck crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.
