We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cabin Crew Supervisor with a B.Des degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a passion for ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for our corporate travelers. This role involves overseeing cabin crew operations, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our executive transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the cabin crew, ensuring adherence to service standards and safety protocols.
Develop and implement training programs for new and existing cabin crew members, focusing on service excellence and passenger care.
Coordinate with flight operations and other departments to ensure timely and efficient execution of travel plans.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to cabin crew members.
Manage inventory of cabin supplies and ensure all necessary amenities are available.
Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain a high level of safety and security awareness on board.
Utilize design thinking principles to enhance the passenger experience and identify areas for improvement.
