Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations - MBA/PGDM Professionals (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Campus Recruitment / Campus Relations professional to join our Human Resources team at Accellix. This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent from premier academic institutions across India to support our growing operations in the clinical research sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in campus recruitment and a strong understanding of the MBA/PGDM hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic campus recruitment plan to identify and engage with top-tier B-schools and universities for internship and full-time hiring.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for campus hires, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to enhance Accellix's brand visibility on campus.

Organize and participate in campus hiring events, career fairs, and information sessions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with campus hiring strategies.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus programs and identify areas for improvement.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
