Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Captain / Commander with 1-2 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree to join our team in Nagpur on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing specific operational segments, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. This role requires strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a designated team or operational area.
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks within the assigned segment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management processes.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Train and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance and any encountered issues.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
