Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Captain / Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry and possess a graduate degree. You will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of service staff to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including waiters, hosts, and bussers.
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks.
