Card Operations Executive / Lead (3-5 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Card Operations Executive / Lead to manage and optimize our card-related transaction processing and operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of our payment systems and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of card processing workflows and a proven ability to handle operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily card transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and reconcile card payment settlements with financial institutions.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Tech, Customer Support) to address operational issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in card operations.
• Generate reports on card transaction volumes, settlement status, and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with relevant payment industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members (for Lead role).
