We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Career Coach with 2-4 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Mangalore. The Career Coach will be responsible for guiding and advising individuals within the film, music, and entertainment industry on their professional development, career progression, and skill enhancement. This role requires a deep understanding of the entertainment sector's dynamics and a passion for helping talent thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with clients to assess their skills, interests, and career aspirations.
- Develop personalized career development plans, including goal setting, skill gap analysis, and strategic advice.
- Provide guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and networking strategies tailored to the entertainment industry.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on career management, personal branding, and industry trends.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments and opportunities within the Indian film, music, and entertainment sectors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent development needs and implement relevant programs.
- Maintain confidential client records and track progress towards career goals.
