Company Secretary / Compliance Officer - Film / Music / Entertainment (Kochi) - 2-3 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretary / Compliance Officer with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate governance, and supporting the smooth functioning of the board and shareholder matters within the fast-paced entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns with regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
- Maintain statutory registers and minute books for board and committee meetings.
- Support the organization of board meetings, general meetings, and ensure compliance with Companies Act and SEBI regulations.
- Conduct legal and compliance research to ensure the company stays updated with all applicable laws and regulations in the entertainment sector.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing various corporate documents, agreements, and policies.
- Manage the company's secretarial records and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs and internal controls.
- Help in managing corporate governance practices and ethical standards.
