Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Communication Trainer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a passion for developing effective communication skills within the vibrant film and music industry. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance interpersonal, presentation, and professional communication for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging training modules on various communication aspects such as public speaking, interpersonal skills, business writing, and presentation delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at different levels, ensuring a participatory and interactive learning environment.
- Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to address specific communication challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in communication training and adult learning principles.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to align training objectives with business goals.
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises tailored to the entertainment sector.
