Legal Administration - Film / Music / Entertainment (Ahmedabad)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Legal Administration professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and have a strong understanding of legal processes within the entertainment industry. You will be responsible for supporting the legal department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, contracts, and agreements specific to the film, music, and entertainment sectors.
- Maintain and organize legal files, databases, and records with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel to gather information and facilitate legal processes.
- Support the legal team in compliance-related activities, including regulatory filings and policy adherence.
- Manage legal correspondence, including emails, letters, and official notices.
- Schedule and prepare for legal meetings, and take minutes as required.
- Conduct basic legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases and projects.
- Utilize legal software and IT tools for document management and workflow automation.
- Ensure timely execution of legal tasks and deadlines.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.
