Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions with MCA graduates and professionals.
- Assess individual career aspirations, skill gaps, and market trends.
- Develop personalized career development plans, including resume building, interview preparation, and networking strategies.
- Provide guidance on job search strategies, leveraging industry connections, and understanding the tech job market.
- Track and report on the career progress and outcomes of coachees.
- Collaborate with the placement team to facilitate job opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging career paths relevant to MCA graduates.
- Offer motivational support and guidance to help individuals overcome career-related challenges.
