We are seeking a diligent and organized Casting Director with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have completed 12th grade and possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for talent acquisition within the manufacturing and engineering domain. This role is crucial in identifying and engaging potential candidates for various projects within our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing casting strategies to meet project requirements.

Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including internal databases, job boards, and industry networks.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and databases.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Provide administrative support to the casting team, including managing correspondence and preparing reports.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant labor laws during the casting process.
