Catalog Manager (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Catalog Manager with a legal background (LLB) to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The Catalog Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of our clinical research service catalog. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong understanding of contractual and regulatory aspects within clinical research, and the ability to translate complex service offerings into clear, concise catalog entries. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in catalog management, contract administration, or a related field within the life sciences or legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive and accurate catalog of all clinical research services offered by Veeda.
- Ensure all catalog entries are legally compliant, clearly defined, and reflect the current service offerings and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., business development, operations, legal) to gather information and ensure catalog content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Review and interpret service agreements, contracts, and regulatory guidelines to inform catalog content and structure.
- Implement and manage catalog updates, revisions, and new service additions in a timely manner.
- Standardize catalog terminology and descriptions for consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in the creation and review of service-related documentation, ensuring alignment with catalog specifications.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for catalog enhancement.
- Provide support for internal and external audits related to catalog accuracy and compliance.
