Change Manager (1-3 Yrs) for Any Postgraduate Graduates

You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of change management strategies for new projects and process improvements.
- Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of change on employees and business operations.
- Develop and deliver communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about change initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide support to employees during transition periods.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and monitor the effectiveness of change interventions.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to change and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, HR, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
- Support the development of change management metrics and reporting.
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organization.
