Chartered Accountant (CA) - LLB Professionals (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with an LLB qualification to join our finance team in Pune. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-4 years of experience looking to contribute to the financial operations of a leading logistics company. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, managing financial records, and providing legal insights into financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Indian GAAP, and relevant tax laws (Direct and Indirect).
- Support in audit processes, both internal and external.
- Review and interpret financial contracts and agreements, providing legal and financial implications.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory filings.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Liaise with legal counsel on matters requiring specific legal expertise related to finance and contracts.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting and tax regulations and their impact on the company.
