Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) - Furniture & Furnishing Sector - 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to oversee and manage all aspects of regulatory compliance within our Furniture & Furnishing division. This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management, coupled with a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com).

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
