Chief Cook for Graduation Not Required Graduates

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Cook to manage and oversee all culinary operations within our Noida facility. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency in our employee cafeteria. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar capacity and possess a strong understanding of large-scale food preparation and kitchen management. This position does not require a graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare daily menus, ensuring variety and nutritional balance for employees.

Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and helpers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.

Manage inventory of food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.

Ensure strict adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP, FSSAI guidelines).

Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.

Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is clean and in good working order.

Handle procurement of raw materials, negotiating with suppliers for best prices and quality.

Respond to employee feedback and make necessary adjustments to menus or services.
