Chief ETO (2-4 Yrs) | Chandigarh

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chief ETO (Electrical, Telecommunication, and Other related equipment) to join our growing team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for an individual with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 2-4 years of experience in managing and maintaining electrical and telecommunication systems within an FMCG manufacturing environment. The Chief ETO will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all electrical and communication equipment, contributing to overall plant productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of all electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, and machinery.
• Manage and maintain telecommunication equipment and infrastructure.
• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electrical and communication systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of electrical system upgrades and new installations.
