Chief Medical Officer - Clinical Research / Contract Research

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chief Medical Officer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic clinical research team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong business acumen and a foundational understanding of medical operations, looking to contribute to the strategic direction of clinical trials within a growing Contract Research Organization. The Chief Medical Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing medical aspects of clinical research projects, ensuring patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance, while also supporting business development and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide medical oversight and guidance for clinical trial protocols, ensuring scientific validity and ethical conduct.

Review and interpret clinical data, identify trends, and provide medical input for study reports and publications.

Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and all relevant regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, data management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful project execution.

Contribute to business development activities by providing medical expertise for proposals and client interactions.

Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to clinical research.

Manage and mentor junior medical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
