Chief Safety Officer (CSO) - Junior Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Safety Officer (CSO) with a Master of Design (M.Des) background to join our manufacturing facility in Vadodara. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to a robust safety culture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols and procedures tailored to the manufacturing environment.

Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

Design and deliver safety training programs for all employees, ensuring understanding and adherence to safety standards.

Investigate all safety incidents, near misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national safety regulations and standards.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate safety considerations into the design and operational processes.

Maintain safety documentation, records, and statistics.
