Chinese Teacher (1-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Chinese Teacher to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a background in law (LLB) who can leverage their analytical and communication skills to effectively teach the Chinese language to our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging Chinese language programs tailored to the needs of professionals in the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on practical communication and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive Chinese language courses, from beginner to intermediate levels, catering to adult learners in a corporate setting.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools that align with industry-specific vocabulary and communication needs.
- Conduct interactive classes focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Mandarin Chinese.
- Incorporate cultural nuances and business etiquette relevant to China to enhance cross-cultural communication for employees interacting with Chinese partners or clients.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to ensure effective learning and engagement.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching strategies based on student feedback and learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills acquired through an LLB degree to understand and address learning challenges effectively.
