CHRO Job Opportunity - Courier / Logistics

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to kick-start their career in HR within the fast-paced courier and logistics industry. You will support the HR department in various functions, gaining valuable exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for entry-level and operational roles.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Provide support for employee grievances and disciplinary actions under supervision.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Conduct HR-related research and prepare reports as required.
- Stay updated with labor laws and regulations relevant to the logistics sector in India.
