Claims Executive - Analytics / KPO / Research (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Claims Executive with 0-2 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our Analytics/KPO/Research team in Lucknow. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, analyzing, and managing insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to understanding and articulating claim details, leveraging your design background to bring clarity and structure to complex information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess incoming insurance claims for completeness and accuracy.
- Investigate claims by gathering necessary documentation and information.
- Interpret policy coverage and determine claim eligibility.
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
- Utilize analytical skills to evaluate claim details and identify potential discrepancies or fraudulent activities.
- Document all claim activities, decisions, and communications accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, legal) to resolve complex claims.
- Apply design thinking principles to visualize claim data, create reports, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance claim handling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in claims management.
