We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal frameworks and client relationship management, ideally with an LLM degree, and 2-4 years of experience. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, managing communication, and supporting the successful delivery of our manufacturing and production services to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients in the manufacturing and production sector.
• Understand client needs and requirements, translating them into actionable plans for internal teams.
• Proactively manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.
• Leverage your LLM knowledge to interpret contractual obligations and ensure compliance in client interactions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on client status, project progress, and satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., project management, engineering, legal) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on client needs and feedback.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
