Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma degree and have a strong understanding of financial processes, with a focus on managing outstanding receivables. This role is crucial in ensuring timely recovery of payments and maintaining healthy cash flow for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and follow up on overdue customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection.
- Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions in the company's financial system.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status, aging of receivables, and potential bad debts for management review.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address payment issues and improve the overall collections process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends in payment behavior and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting tasks as required.
