Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Commis (Commi 1, 2, or 3) with a strong foundation in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial for driving innovation in our agrochemical business by leveraging AI and NLP techniques to analyze market trends, optimize product development, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in applying LLMs to real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions for analyzing agricultural data, market intelligence, and scientific literature.
- Build and fine-tune natural language processing (NLP) models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and information extraction related to fertilizers and pesticides.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to identify opportunities where LLMs can provide significant business value.
- Design and implement experiments to evaluate the performance and impact of LLM applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLM research and apply them to solve complex challenges in the agrochemical sector.
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
