This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 1-2 years of experience in training or a related field. You will be responsible for developing and delivering effective communication skills training programs to our employees, particularly those with B.Com backgrounds, to enhance their professional interactions and client engagement within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
